Geoff Perkins, Esq
President & Co-founder
Geoff Perkins, President and co-founder of Concourse, is experienced at supervising large consulting teams on complex federal real estate projects and program management. He has more than 35 years’ experience in federal consulting, enhanced use leasing, real estate, project management, planning, law, and finance and more than 15 years’ experience providing oversight of Strategic and Facility Planning and Management Services. He is a retired Air Force officer with more than 21 years of active-duty service and has a law degree from Georgetown University.
Tom Shea
Principal & Co-Founder
Tom Shea is co-founder of Concourse and has over 25 years of federal real estate, consulting, and Public Private Partnership (P3) experience. He has led planning and implementation efforts for public-sector clients (federal government entities, campuses, cities/towns, utilities) for P3 projects including housing, healthcare, hospitality, retail and energy. He has supported over 86 P3 projects for the DoD and the VA, developed economic structures, drafted business plans, and raised equity and debt for P3 projects. He has a Masters in real estate from Johns Hopkins University. At Concourse Federal Group, Shea focuses on Business Development.
Mac McKenrick
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Mac McKenrick provides corporate strategic focus while ensuring smooth planning and operations. He has served over 22 years of progressive federal civil service, 13 years of which were at the Senior Executive Service (SES) level, and 27 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, including SES roles as a VA Deputy Director and Director of VHA Healthcare Systems, Director of VBA Regional Benefits Offices, and a TSA Federal Security Deputy Director and Director. McKenrick completed his military career as a U. S. Army Colonel, Director of Intelligence and has been recognized throughout his career for managing complex projects, building and leading high-performing teams of all sizes, and ensuring satisfaction among customers, stakeholders and employees.
Stephanie Sompotan
Vice president, IOT&A
As VP, Stephanie Sompotan leads the IOT&A team bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare planning, design, construction, outfitting, and activation. Sompotan is highly experienced in leading teams of interior designers, equipment planners, transition planners, clinical planners, bio-medical equipment technicians, and installers. She is responsible for overseeing project management directly supporting the effectiveness of both VA and DoD IO&T projects, as well as assisting in the development and utilization of our Comprehensive Healthcare Planning System.
Fariha Qureshi
human resources manager
Fariha Qureshi is our Human Resources Manager bringing over 9 years of Human Resource Management experience working with federal contractors, specializing in recruitment, training, benefits management and employee relations. Qureshi has a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in key positions contracted with the VA, spanning fields such as administration, engineering, project management, and design.
Miles Harrison
Director, IOT&A
As Director of IOT&A, Miles Harrison brings 30 years of experience in federal healthcare projects, including VA and DoD IOT&A projects. Harrison has led the development of the CHPS360 Ecosystem, an innovative healthcare planning solution. He oversees software development, and project planning, ensuring seamless communication and resource management, while also managing key processes like procurement, delivery, and activation.

Nelson Lin
Supply Chain Project Management Lead
As the Supply Chain Project Management Lead, Nelson supports the Supply Chain & Logistics Team at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). With over 5 years of experience in supply chain management in the automotive, construction and healthcare industries, he has managed teams of up to 30 people and overseen inventory for over 5,000 SKUs. Nelson specializes in procurement, logistics, warehousing, ERP development and implementation, and supplier/customer relationship management, utilizing his skills in data analytics and innovative designs. He develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborates on New Product Introductions (NPIs) using Microsoft SharePoint. Nelson is dedicated to enhancing supply chain efficiency through technology and innovation to support Veterans.
Hannah Sentenac
Sr. Communications Specialist
As the Sr. Communications Specialist, Hannah spearheads the creation and execution of innovative communication strategies that achieve strategic goals, engage diverse audiences, and drive reach and visibility. With more than 15 years of experience in journalism, brand strategy, public relations and digital marketing, Hannah excels at crafting compelling stories and delivering superlative content across all platforms and mediums. Her expertise has consistently resulted in greater awareness, increased stakeholder engagement, and enhanced community impact. Hannah’s work with VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is focused on the transformation of the historic West Los Angeles VA Medical Center campus into a first-of-its-kind community of and for Veterans.
Tom Payne
Real Estate and Finance Director
Mr. Thomas Payne joined Concourse Federal Group in October 2016. In this position, Thomas leverages his diverse real estate background in leasing, asset management, development, master planning, property operations, transit oriented development and transit agency easements, due diligence, and finance to provide subject matter expertise and critical consultation support for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) West Los Angeles Campus project and other projects and properties within VA’s Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS).
Craig Rowland
Healthcare Planning Director
As the Healthcare Planning Director, Mr. Craig Rowland leads the strategic planning and space development of healthcare facilities, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals and regulatory standards. With 18 years of experience as a Senior Healthcare Planner in both DoD and VA healthcare facilities, he has played a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient, patient-centered environments. His responsibilities also include managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution. By staying informed on industry trends and innovations, Mr. Rowland ensures that facilities meet current needs and remain adaptable for future healthcare demands.
